Running a small business takes everything you have. Most business owners are excellent at the work that drives their business but nobody warned them they would also need to be their own office manager, records keeper, compliance officer and HR department all at once.
Hi, I'm Allysha.
I am an administrative professional based in Saint Kitts with 5+ years of experience managing the operational backbone of small businesses. My background has given me direct, hands-on knowledge of financial administration and governance, operations and process design, customer service, and staff coordination; all the things that keep a business running properly on paper.
Over the years I saw the same challenge repeating itself among small business owners around me. Talented, hardworking people, great at their trade, but without the systems, the records, or the clarity they needed to manage the administrative side of their business. Some did not have an office, physical or digital. Many went into the business for themselves, for great reasons, the biggest one being freedom. But somewhere along the way, they became slaves to their own ventures and lost the passion that started it all.
I started Verada Admin because I knew I could fix exactly that.
What I Do
I provide virtual assistant, business administration and operational support to sole proprietors and businesses that need structure, systems, and peace of mind without the cost of a full-time hire.
See the services page for a comprehensive list of what I offer.
What I don't do
I am not an accountant or a lawyer. My services are purely administrative in nature. I do not provide accounting, tax, or legal advice. I always refer clients to licensed professionals for regulated matters. Every client engagement begins with a written agreement that is clear about the nature and scope of my services. You will always know exactly what you are getting and I will always tell you when a matter falls outside my scope.
Why 'Verada'?
A veranda is the architectural feature that connects the inside of a building to the outside world; the transition space where structure meets activity. For a business, the administrative function is exactly that: the structure that connects what the owner does inside the business to how it presents to the world outside.
Most small businesses have never had that structure properly built. Verada builds it.
